Growth is hard work. It’s easy to lose sight of yourself in the daily grind of life. In the blink of an eye, you can become someone you don’t recognize.
You look in the mirror realizing you’ve put yourself last, for far too long. I did that. One day in June 2017 I decided I didn’t want to feel that way ever again, committing to the work it would take to change. I hired a coach, did what he told me to do, and it worked. Since then, it has been an ongoing journey of transformation physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Growth is hard work!
It has been an adventure of taking my life back. I am being restored, little by little to a better version of myself every single day. And the best part is, now I get to help others do the same.
Never give up on who you were created to be. If you have given too much of yourself away, perhaps it’s time to take YOU back. Love yourself, so you can fully love others. If you don’t show up, someone loses! Make it happen, you’re worth it!
This is why I became a coach. If I can do it, so can you. Keep crashing into life for as long as you can!

The GROWth Process
This is the process all of our coaching clients experience.
G – Determine your GOALS or vision of the direction and destination toward which you want to get. What do you really want?
R – Look at REALITY. Where are you dissatisfied, stuck, or frustrated. This creates a gap and a runway for growth.
O – Brainstorm as many OPTIONS as possible, no matter how crazy, to get you thinking about creative solutions to your dilemma.
W – Pick the option you can most commit to taking as your WAY FORWARD for the upcoming time between sessions. We hold you accountable for your action plan, celebrating your wins, and probing for any reasons preventing you from accomplishing them.
